Oxygen+ was established to provide access to advanced recovery and wellness technologies in a professional and safety focused environment. Our aim is simple: to combine high-quality equipment, evidence-informed therapies and exceptional service, delivered to the highest standards and at accessible prices.
Inspired by personal experience and extensive research into supportive therapies for recovery and general health, we recognised the potential benefits of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, cryotherapy and red light therapy, both for performance, recovery and wellbeing. We also identified a significant gap in local provision, with many people travelling considerable distances to access these services. Oxygen+ was created to make high-quality therapy available locally, with the added flexibility of 24/7 access to suit modern lifestyles.

Our Facility
Our spacious, light and airy centre has been designed to provide a calm and welcoming environment for recovery and wellbeing. At its heart is our hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber, alongside a dedicated treatment room for sports massage, localised cryotherapy and contrast therapy. We also have a separate red light therapy room, a full-body cryotherapy area, shower facilities, and accessible amenities including a disabled toilet — allowing you to fit treatments easily into your day.
Your first hyperbaric oxygen session is always one-to-one, giving us time to guide you through every step, tailor the experience to your comfort, and answer any questions you may have. We take a relaxed, no-pressure approach — there are no hard sells, memberships or direct debits to commit to; simply visit when it suits you.
During your visit, you are also welcome to use our dual 7D massage chairs, compression boots and shoulder therapy equipment absolutely free of charge as part of your experience.
