To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and to maximise appointment availability, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy below:

Appointments
All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system or directly with the clinic. Full payment required to secure your booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice: no charge
Cancellations within 24 hours: 100% of the session fee will be charged
Rescheduling within 24 hours: treated as a late cancellation

No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full session being charged.

Packages 
If you are using a session from a block booking, late cancellations or missed appointments will result in one session being deducted.

No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other clients, and the full session fee will still apply.

Health & Safety
Certain treatments may require a completed consultation form prior to your appointment. Failure to complete required forms may result in your session being delayed or cancelled.
