Service Description
Red light therapy is one of the gentlest and most relaxing treatments we offer — and one of the most surprisingly effective. You simply lie back on our professional therapy bed while specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light work quietly beneath the surface, supporting your cells to repair, recover and function at their best. Regular sessions can help with skin health and tone, joint and muscle pain, post-exercise recovery, and general wellbeing. There's no heat, no discomfort, and no downtime — just 15 minutes of proper rest while your body does the work. A great starting point if you're new to recovery therapies.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and to maximise appointment availability, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy below: Appointments All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system or directly with the clinic. Full payment required to secure your booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice: no charge Cancellations within 24 hours: 100% of the session fee will be charged Rescheduling within 24 hours: treated as a late cancellation No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full session being charged. Packages If you are using a block bookings Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in one session being deducted No refunds will be issued for unused sessions Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other clients, and the full session fee will still apply. Health & Safety Certain treatments may require a completed consultation form prior to your appointment. Failure to complete required forms may result in your session being delayed or cancelled.
